Provide enterprise administrators with current drivers for assigned hardware within the OSD process for both on-premise and MED365 Cloud environments. Ensure appropriate drivers are used for assigned hardware. •Add, distribute, and install images. •Provide senior level technical support for troubleshooting of OSD related issues for both on-premise and MED365 Cloud environments. •Send notification to customers and groups prior to and after implemented requests or modifications. •Manage and operate the on-premise ITC environment, ensuring system performance and availability requirements are met.
