Required Skills: •Lead an assigned portfolio of orthodontic practices, partnering with Orthodontist owners and office leadership to drive performance and growth. •Coach, develop, and hold office leadership teams accountable for operational, financial, and patient experience goals. •Analyze key business metrics, including production, collections, profitability, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance, while implementing improvement plans. •Partner with support departments to improve operational efficiency, team engagement, and overall business performance. •Support hiring, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning efforts. •Conduct practice visits and operational assessments to identify opportunities for growth and consistency. •Partner with Orthodontist owners and executive leadership on strategic business decisions and growth initiatives. •Monitor KPIs, review operating results, and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Qualifications: •Previous experience managing multiple orthodontic practices required. •Multi-site leadership experience required. •Multi-state operational oversight experience preferred. •Strong P&L management and financial acumen. •Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel approximately 50% as business needs dictate.
