Qualifications: •You must hold one of the following licenses in good standing. No exceptions -- this role is authorized to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders. PsyD, LCSW, LPC •This role serves a large, fast-moving organization. You'll manage a significant individual caseload alongside group programming, leader support, and org-wide initiatives. If you thrive under pressure and can triage without dropping the ball, read on. •You'll present at company-wide meetings, lead virtual and in-person training sessions, and show up in front of large groups regularly. Comfort behind a mic isn't a nice-to-have here. It's how you make an impact at scale. •Active PsyD, LCSW, or LPC licensure — see above.
