Required Skills: •Conduct organizational and performance improvement analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective strategies. •Facilitate process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Human Performance) in partnership with department leaders and staff. •Leverage data analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build and maintain performance metrics dashboards that track improvement initiative progress and provide real-time insight to leadership. •Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions, including AI-powered data analysis and process automation tools, to streamline performance assessments, reduce manual reporting effort, and accelerate the identification of performance gaps and trends. •Analyze operational, human performance, and business data to identify trends, causal factors, and improvement opportunities. •Partner with leadership to design, implement, and monitor organizational effectiveness initiatives and metrics. •Develop and deliver training on performance improvement tools, methodologies, and human performance standards. •Support change management efforts associated with process, structural, or cultural improvement initiatives.
