This role executes program logistics, facilitates onboarding and orientation activities, and compiles and reports program data under general direction. •Administers employee engagement survey logistics, including distribution, response tracking, data compilation, preliminary analysis, and materials and scheduling for action planning sessions. •Coordinates recognition programs and culture events, including scheduling, materials, participant communications, and vendor coordination. •Delivers onboarding programs and facilitates orientation sessions, ensuring new hires receive a consistent and culturally aligned experience across departments. •Coordinates onboarding logistics with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and other departments to support smooth transitions and timely completion of onboarding milestones. •Coordinates administration of the performance management cycle, tracking completion, responding to manager and employee questions on process and system use, and preparing status reporting. •Coordinates internship program logistics, including participant onboarding, scheduling, and coordination with hosting department leaders. •Compiles and analyzes program data, including survey responses, participant feedback, and completion rates, and prepares reports and dashboards to support program evaluation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required. •Minimum of one year of experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources required, including experience coordinating or delivering employee programs such as onboarding, engagement, recognition, or training. •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, including compiling data and building reports or dashboards. •Financial institution or credit union experience preferred. •SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) preferred. •All Langley employees are expected to demonstrate the following Keys to Success, which reflect our shared cultural and behavioral expectations. •Service Champion – Adopts a service orientation, building trusting relationships and delivering value for associates, members, and communities. •Langley Ambassadors – Demonstrates a passion for Langley’s vision, encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion while considering Langley’s values when making decisions and taking accountability for delivering results. •Agile in Action – Adapts to changes in the business, demonstrating innovation to improve Langley and advance the business into the future. •Team Driven – Collaborates across Langley, communicating transparently and prioritizing a team-based approach that delivers optimal outcomes for associates, members, and communities.
