Hiring: Order Picker Company: The Restaurant Store Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:25:59 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Management About the job Experience: •Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management Required Skills: •Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment •Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals •Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics •Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area •Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager •Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals •Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications: •Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day. •Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. •Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. •Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. •Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs. •This role does not require a degree.
