Required Skills: •Configure Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) as the enterprise document repository for purchase orders, AP invoices, HR documents, and solicitation documents. •Design content lifecycle, metadata, security, and retention models integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud. •Lead migration of legacy WebCenter content and define the future-state content management architecture. •Support security/role-based access design for content, ensuring least-privilege and auditability. •Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to HRSD staff for long-term self-sufficiency. •7+ years of Oracle implementation experience (RFP minimum). •· Demonstrated hands-on Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) implementation and configuration experience. •· Ability to serve as named Key Personnel on a government proposal, including reference checks and client interviews. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline, advanced degree preferred. •Three to five years of experience designing and developing silicone and/or plastic products from concept through production. Medical Device experience required. •Extensive experience with 3D solid modeling (e.g. SolidWorks or related software).
