Hiring: Oracle Technical Lead - Hyperion - Assistant Director Company: EY Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 09:44:28 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Groovy, IaaS, Java, OCI, Oracle Cloud, PaaS, REST, SQL Server, SaaS About the job Experience: •10-15 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle EPM System including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE •13 years of proven, hands-on experience gathering requirements and designing, developing, customizing, testing, and implementing Oracle Cloud services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IaaS/PaaS, Essbase databases, and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service within the Oracle EPM SaaS suite. •15 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle EPM System including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE Required Skills: •A successful candidate is responsible for: •Translating detailed business requirements, design deliverables, and solution architecture into comprehensive technical specifications. •Maintaining effective and consistent communication within the team, with peers, the leadership team and the peers in other IT groups. Proactively raise issues to Project Manager, Team and Group Leads when necessary. •Producing high quality application engineering deliverables in accordance with the project timeline. •Building and unit evaluating a project to detailed design specifications. •Providing thought leadership and technical guidance to engineering staff. •Leading a team of developers across multiple locations / time zones. •Essential Requirements for a role in PB development: Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of Essbase and Calc Scripts/Calc Manager. •Applied hands-on capability in Smart View VBA. •Strong ability to understand finance and accounting principles. •Working with large Hyperion Application Development and support projects. •Solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of global technical teams that deliver quality services. •Strong technical skills designing, developing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications. •Strong knowledge and experience in the Agile development methodology. •A degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience. •Preferred Work Location and Reason •Alpharetta, GA and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours is required.
