Qualifications: •5+ years of hands-on testing expertise across one or more supply chain domains: Customer Service/CX (Salesforce Cloud), Manufacturing (MES), PLM (Teamcenter/Agile/SAP), Order Management (O2C/I2R/RMA), or Master Data Management (PDH). •Of experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and/or related enterprise platforms. •Demonstrate hands-on experience with Product Data Hub (PDH), Bill of Materials (BOMs), Items, and commercial product record structures. •Partner with Capability Architects to define and own test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases leading to QA sign-off. •End-to-end supply chain integration testing with third-party partners across applicable modules. •Demonstrate proficiency with performance/API testing tools (ReadyAPI, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, or equivalent); design load tests, establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable tuning recommendations. •Analyze non-functional requirements to evaluate SLA objectives, define performance parameters, and prepare comprehensive load/performance reports. •Understand and validate XML files and dashboard architectures to support data integrity in integration scenarios. •Debug and resolve issues through systematic analysis of system logs, execution artifacts, and sub-system relationships. •Execute test cases with rigor; document all results and maintain execution records with precision.
