Required Skills: •We are seeking an Oracle DBA Specialist to design, implement, and maintain database encryption, key management, backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions for enterprise database environments. The successful candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Database, Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) •, Oracle Key Vault, RMAN, and UNIX/Linux environments. •This role involves developing database security strategies, implementing encryption across multiple environments, supporting disaster recovery capabilities, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable database operations. •Develop and implement Oracle database encryption strategies aligned with organizational security requirements and applicable regulations. •Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Oracle Key Vault (OKV) solutions. •Implement encryption across production, pre-production, development, and other database environments. •Configure and manage Oracle database security features, including Oracle Advanced Security (ASO). •Test and implement encryption solutions in high-availability and disaster recovery environments. Qualifications: •Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration •Strong experience with Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Oracle Advanced Security (ASO). •And database encryption key management. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
