Required Skills: •Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent functions. •Manage Oracle HCM security roles, access, provisioning, and periodic access reviews. •Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, impact assessments, and production deployment activities.- Manage HCM environments, configurations, migrations, and change control processes. •Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with Oracle and external vendors. •Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable HCM solutions. •Maintain SaaS governance, compliance, audit controls, and SOX-related documentation. •Monitor system health, document procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications: •Minimum 10+ years of enterprise HCM application administration experience. •Minimum 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. •Deep expertise in Oracle security administration, release management, environment management, and production support. •In-depth knowledge of SaaS governance, compliance, audit, and SOX control requirements. •Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and external vendors. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. •Oracle Cloud HCM module certifications.
