Hiring: Operator - Group 1 Company: Corning Incorporated Location: Oneonta, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:30:06 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Segment About the job Required Skills: •Orients lightweight plastic parts on conveyor belts and removes items from belts as needed. •Transfers certain products in and out of treatment units. •Loads and unloads certain products for printing operations. •Performs simple visual observation for gross defects while handling ware. •Counts and stacks items as needed. •Places plastic bag over counted and stacked items. •Places open end of filled bags into heat sealer and activates heat sealer to seal bags. •Puts sealed product into bins for transportation by automated guided vehicles (AGV). Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent. •This position does not support immigration sponsorship. •The starting pay for this position is $22.28 hourly rate.
