Required Skills: •Operations Training & Development Specialist •1000 – Support Services •Plant Quality & Safety Assurance Specialist •Mon – Friday; Operations/Support teams may be required to be on call 24/7 to maintain business operations. •The is responsible for assessing organizational training needs and independently developing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving company-wide learning programs that support safe operations, consistent work practices, employee competency, cross-training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. •This role partners with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Transportation, Plant Leadership, and other subject-matter experts to establish learning priorities, curricula, competency standards, assessments, qualification processes, and Train-the-Trainer programs. •This is a multi-site role requiring regular, independent travel to all 101 locations, including overnight travel as business needs require. •This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
