You'll operate and maintain cutting-edge automated equipment, performing changeovers and minor maintenance (making, finishing) through computer terminals. You'll also troubleshoot as needed, ensuring seamless production. •Excel in ensuring product quality with meticulous sampling and statistical controls. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED •Must be able to stand for 8 - 12 hours per shift. •Demonstrated capacity to stoop, bend, crawl, and reach for extended periods. •Capable of lifting and moving boxes, totes, and bags weighing up to 50 pounds. •Must wear all required personal protective equipment. •Able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs. •Vocational or Technical Degree •Application of Continuous Improvement Tools and problem-solving techniques. •Conducting team meetings and preparing production reports. •Operational familiarity with using SAP modules and Microsoft Office for production planning and decision-making collaboration.
