Ascot exists to solve for our clients’ brightest tomorrow, through agility, collaboration, resilience, and discipline. •Manage workflow of an assigned underwriting business unit(s). •Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes by leveraging standardized workflows and compliance guidelines. •Identify areas for improvement, create and implement solutions, as needed. •Provide support to assigned underwriters and brokers throughout the policy lifecycle, which includes, but is not limited to, clearance, binders, invoices, policies, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, non-renewals, and reinstatements. •Ensure files are completed to meet compliance standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (or internships) preferred. Must be positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
