Required Skills: •Lead workstreams and day-to-day execution of supply chain and operations consulting engagements. •Conduct operational assessments, business process evaluations, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. •Develop practical, data-driven recommendations that improve operational performance, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and create measurable business value. •Support clients through transformation initiatives by defining future-state processes, operating models, performance metrics, and implementation roadmaps. •Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities. •Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders. •Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, analyses, and recommendations. •Monitor engagement progress, manage work plans, track deliverables, and proactively identify project risks and mitigation strategies. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. •Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced consulting environment. •Strong client service mindset and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. •Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.
