Establish priorities, remove barriers, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. •Continuous Improvement - Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles, PDCA, problem solving, root cause analysis, and value stream thinking. Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve workflow efficiency, and optimize operational performance. •Project Management - Lead cross-functional projects impacting multiple departments across the Leavenworth facility. Define project objectives, manage timelines and stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure successful implementation of sustainable solutions. •Data Analytics & Business Insights - Utilize operational data to uncover opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility and drive action throughout the organization. •Operational Excellence - Partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve production readiness, material availability, inventory accuracy, service levels, and overall plant performance. •This position is fulltime onsite at our production facility in Leavenworth, KS Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations. •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting. •Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across multiple departments. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting recommendations to leadership.
