Required Skills: •Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities associated with Paraco’s electronic tank monitoring program and in-field meter operations. •Monitor operational activities and workflows to ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, service standards, and quality expectations. •Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and customer experience. •Actively facilitate and support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, and initiatives. •Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, repair, replacement, and lifecycle management of operational equipment. •Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to support ongoing operations. •Manage supply ordering activities, including monitoring inventory requirements, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers. •Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, field personnel, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: •Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, field services, or a related function. •Demonstrated experience supporting operational processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of an organization. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business technology; ability to learn and utilize company-specific systems and applications. •Ability and willingness to travel throughout Paraco’s operating footprint as required.
