Position will remain open until filled, but priority will be given to applications received before October 9th, 2026. •Manage day-to-day financial operations, including QuickBooks, monthly reconciliations, invoices, payments, reimbursements, deposits, and organizational credit/debit accounts. •Manage organizational bank and investment accounts and maintain accurate account access and records. •Monitor cash flow, organizational budgets, projections, and budget-to-actual performance and provide regular financial reporting to leadership. •Coordinate tax preparation, annual financial reporting, audits/reviews, and other accounting needs with external professionals. •Reconcile revenue and transactions across third-party donation and payment systems. Qualifications: •Strong organizational, project-management, and problem-solving skills. •Operational familiarity with nonprofit compliance and 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations strongly preferred. •Strong technology skills and ability to learn, administer, and improve organizational systems. •Excellent attention to detail, judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
