Material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial service background preferred. Required Skills: •Drive operational and financial performance across assigned branches by analyzing key business metrics, advancing Coric Equipment’s objectives, and ensuring accountability for achieving Parts & Service budget and operating plan targets. Hold overall responsibility for the Parts and Service P&L. •Ensure the annual financial objectives of the assigned branches are met with respect to revenues, direct costs, gross margin, operating costs, and branch profitability. •Formulate programs and initiatives that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation. •Ensure the assigned branches have the resources needed to execute the plan and achieve their annual financial and business objectives. •Build and develop talent capability within the division in line with Coric Equipment’s Guiding Principles by coaching team members, setting objectives, and holding people accountable. •Lead the Customer Support Team, including training and managing local Managers, so that each can train others, work independently, and manage their area analytically. •Promote a positive team culture and high morale. •Identify, drive, and support customer relationships for parts and service — discovering needs, quantifying how Coric Equipment can add value, generating parts, service and rental sales, and providing solutions as an individual contributor.
