Required Skills: •Lead daily SMT/PCBA and manufacturing operations, including supervisors and production teams. •Execute production plans and ensure quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets are achieved. •Monitor and improve OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, and labor efficiency. •Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, corrective actions, and operational improvements. •Support capacity planning, resource allocation, NPI, inventory control, and schedule execution. •Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. •Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees. Qualifications: •Strong electronics manufacturing / EMS background. •Hands-on knowledge of SMT and PCBA manufacturing. •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and manufacturing KPIs. •Solid functional working knowledge of ERP/MES systems. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field/equivalent experience. •EMS experience, IPC standards, Lean Six Sigma certification, NPI, cleanroom/system integration, and regulated manufacturing experience.
