The Operations Manager provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites. •M-F 9AM-6PM, Weekends as needed, on-call as business needs arise •Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations. •Evaluate overall operations and develop short and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives. •Oversee all warehousing, distribution, packaging and transportation operations to ensure company and customer requirements are met. •Focus on continuous improvement and make decisions about enhancing value, service and effectiveness, and profitability. •Direct and oversee programs to ensure safety of all associates, equipment and property. •Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and government regulatory requirements. Qualifications: •5+ years management experience and comprehensive knowledge in a high volume fast paced 3PL, distribution, warehouse, and transportation environment. •Bachelor's degree in supply chain or Logistics or business-related field preferred.
