This is an anchor position that is required to be on site 5 days a week at our New Stanton, PA facility. •Lead the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives aligned with business goals and manufacturing priorities. •Connect with project managers, product managers, and inventory managers to make decisions on make vs buy, inventory levels, and last time purchases. •Partner with plant leadership to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvement plans. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. •Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost; recommend and implement corrective actions. •Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, production) to execute major operational projects. •Support capacity planning, production optimization, and resource allocation strategies.
