Hiring: Operations Data Analyst Company: fairlife Location: Webster, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 01:13:38 Target Skills & Keywords : SQL About the job Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement data and reporting strategies aligned with operational goals. •Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports that support decision-making at all levels of the factory. •Analyze operational datasets to uncover insights and trends to enable decision making at all levels of the organization. •Strategically drive adoption and integration of the UFDM and analytics platform at each of the manufacturing facilities and throughout Operations. •Partner with engineering, IT, and DI teams to identify and acquire new machine-level data points and ensure data accuracy and completeness through validation. •Maintain consistent visual and reporting standards across multiple Power BI workspaces and applications. •Ensure data governance practices are aligned and upheld within the Decision Intelligence teams strategic framework. •Provide training and support to end users to enhance data literacy and ensure effective use of BI tools. Qualifications: •Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety. •Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas. •Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company. •Demonstrated capacity to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system. •Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system. •Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. •In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required. •Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, effective day one! •Supplemental health plans (hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance) •Paid Time Off to recharge and support work-life balance Compensation: •$85,000 - $95,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
