Required Skills: •As the Operations Configuration Engineer III, MES 4.0, you will support the manufacturing site by implementing manufacturing execution systems configuration (MES 4.0) and label design and validation. •Also exercise and train best practices, configuration techniques, and obtain the best standardized system configuration. •As the Operations Configuration Engineer III, MES 4.0, you will perform all the following core functions and be able to train others in that area. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in ISS, IT, Information Management, or Engineering Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. •Hands-on experience configuring MES systems (e.g., JEMS, Camstar, FactoryTalk, or similar platforms). •In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, routing, and workcell operations. •Demonstrated capacity to troubleshoot MES, labeling, and hardware-related issues on the manufacturing floor. •Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, customer specifications, and process requirements. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to train and mentor others on technical processes and system configurations. •Effective written and verbal communication skills. •Must be open to relocation to the Prince George, Virginia area.
