They seek an Operations Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office. Please note, this role's hours are 7AM-4-4:30 PM depending on workload and after an onboarding period, the role is hybrid. •Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related discipline •Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy •Proven self-starter with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm, consistently delivering results •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Series 7 or SIE and Series 99 preferred; must obtain the required licenses within three months of hire •Please note: Hours are 7-4pm fully in office during training period.
