Required Skills: •This role is based in Santa Clara, CA and is in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). •Develop and implement an enterprise-wide asset management strategy •Update and maintain an inventory of all physical assets in the EAM/CMMS system •Use data analytics and metrics to drive decision making and optimize asset performance •Connect with team members to understand requirements, find opportunities, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives •Continuously improve the asset management program through research, analysis and implementation of standard processes •Take ownership of existing asset data quality, lead asset data gathering and improvement plans •Support integration from existing CMMS tool to a new platform. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required •A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise asset management, maintenance engineering or maintenance management. •SMRP certification or ASQ CRE a plus. •In-depth knowledge of regulations and industry standards related to asset management (ISO 55000). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Proficient in the use of EAM software, CMMS software, and other related software. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a cohesive environment and promote collaboration across the team.
