Hiring: Operations Analyst Company: Netsmart Location: Overland Park, KS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:08:40 Target Skills & Keywords : EHR, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Salesforce About the job Required Skills: •Maintain and manage the services backlog by practice and delivery group, ensuring accurate project setup, closure, status tracking, and data integrity. •Monitor operational performance and partner with Project Managers and Operations leaders to identify risks, resolve issues, and support successful project execution. •Support project lifecycle activities including project creation, project plan maintenance, milestone tracking, and project closeout activities. •Analyze project, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement. •Monitor budgets, milestones, schedule changes, and project health indicators while proactively addressing potential risks. •Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reporting. •Partner cross-functionally with Practice Directors, Project Managers, Revenue Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on project scope, budgets, timelines, and revenue recognition activities. •Proactively identify and implement data improvements, reporting enhancements, and system customizations that support business requirements.
