Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) and 8+ years of overall relevant experience with 5+ years in operational or compliance risk management. •Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executives, and unite teams toward common goals. •Preferred experience in the secondary mortgage market, mortgage lending, or mortgage-related securities. •Highly driven, results-oriented, and recognized as a “value partner” who proactively builds and leverages relationships internally and externally. •Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
