Required Skills: •Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. •Interface directly with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures •Manage recycling programs •Manage the 90 day accumulation building •Schedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials •Manage all document tracking including reports to Environmental Department •Manage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions •Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals. Qualifications: •Required High School or Equivalent •Preferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degree •Preferred 1+ years waste management, recycling, environmental or TWM •Preferred 3+ years experience in supervising or leading a team or hourly labor workforce •Required 1+ years Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. •Must possess strong attention to detail •Sound communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities •Demonstrated capacity to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners. •Must be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.
