Hiring: Online Sales Consultant Company: Hakes Brothers Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:48:04 Target Skills & Keywords : HubSpot About the job Required Skills: •Provide immediate response to all online leads. •Provide immediate live chat response (based upon agreed live chat session hours). •Add new online leads into designated CRM and maintain that information until the lead is transferred to a New Homes Sales Professional. •Lead and oversee implementing a targeted follow-up process, via the CRM system, for all online leads consistent with buyers' specific needs. •Follow up multiple times with each online lead until an appointment is set to meet with a New Homes Sales Professional. •Set and confirm appointments with the New Home Sales Professionals, with appropriate follow up as needed. •Track and report on conversion statistics (leads/converted, appointments set/appointments kept, appointments/sales). •Maintain current knowledge of all communities (recommended site visit to each community once a year).
