Required Skills: •, represented by the Oregon Nurses Association & Advance Practice United, subject to the active collective bargaining agreement. •The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate clinical knowledge and oncologic experience to support a complex patient population. •The Clinical Associate-APP delivers care aligned with a defined scope of practice in Outpatient Adult Medical Oncology •, with work expectations operationalized through departmental workflows, productivity standards, and performance expectations consistent with the collective bargaining agreement and institutional policies. •This role is structured to meet contract-defined work expectations, inclusive of daytime coverage, aligned with the clinical coverage model and patient care needs of the service. A fixed schedule will be determined at the time of hire and may include evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. •Center for Health & Healing, Building 2, multiple floors (primary location) •Center for Health & Healing, Building 1 (for occasional procedures, as needed) •Marquam Hill (for occasional procedures, as needed) Qualifications: •Successful completion of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing in a recognized APRN specialty ( Practitioner), •Successful completion of a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies from an accredited program. •Current RN and APRN licensure with the Oregon Board of Nursing •Licensure with Washington Board of Nursing (within 90 days of start date) •Current national certification in the area of specialization •Certification as indicated for the position •Current PA licensure with the Oregon Medical Board •PA licensure with the Washington Medical Board (within 90 days of start date) •Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and patient management skills •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Compensation: •$171,799 - $228,936 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
