This role manages the Offer-to-Clear-to-Start process and works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Health, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and hiring leaders. •Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process. •Communicate onboarding requirements, deadlines, orientation details, and next steps. •Coordinate background checks, references, employment and education verification, health screenings, and credentialing. •Verify licenses and certifications and support FCRA-compliant background screening processes. •Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements, employment regulations, HR policies, and documentation standards •Maintain accurate employee information in Oracle Cloud HCM, UKG Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Associate’s degree preferred •Healthcare/hospital HR or high-volume onboarding experience preferred. •Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills. •Strong organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to multitask and manage high-volume workflows accurately. •Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Smartsheet •Oracle HCM/ERP and UKG experience preferred •Must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong commitment to candidate experience.
