Required Skills: •Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding. •Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy. •Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail •Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires •Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process. •Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution •Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company •Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills •Demonstrated capacity to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests •Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team •Must be confidential with all client and firm matters •This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week. •This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
