Qualifications: •Active Top Secret security clearance. •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, program management, or a related field. Experience cannot substitute for the degree requirement. •Expert-level experience implementing integrated product support elements for complex missile-defense systems in an industrial and/or defense environment. •Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed personnel with varying skills, responsibilities, locations, and mission priorities. •Solid functional working knowledge of Government property life-cycle management for GMP and GFP, including receipt, records management, inventory, reconciliation, movement, transfer, loss reporting, excess, and disposition. •Solid functional working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR 45.502, DoD Instruction 5000.64, MDA Instruction 5000.64, DLA disposition procedures, MIL-STD-130, and related property-accountability requirements.
