Qualifications: •At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach. •Proven success sourcing and engaging candidates through community-based and digital efforts. •Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences. •Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field. •Operational familiarity with local labor markets, healthcare industry trends, and community resources. •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
