Hiring: Office Administrator Company: Unitarian Universalist Church of Fargo-Moorhead Location: Fargo, ND Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:47:22 About the job Experience: •3+ years experience in an office setting, church or non-profit administration preferred Required Skills: •○ Serve as a primary point of contact for general church phone, email, in-person, and other administrative inquiries. •○ Maintain the master church calendar and support scheduling and coordination of congregational activities. •○ Maintain organized and accurate membership, friend, contact, volunteer, and pledge databases and records. •○ Assemble, format, and distribute regular congregational communications, including weekly email updates and monthly newsletter (using content provided by the minister, staff, committees, and other church leaders). •○ Produce and print routine church materials, including Sunday paper programs, forms, signs, and announcements. •○ Produce and publish social media promotions and correspondence (including weekly Sunday service updates). •○ Maintain organized digital and physical files, forms, records, and archives in accordance with church policies. •○ Help maintain and improve administrative systems and workflows as the needs of the congregation evolve.
