Required Skills: •Serving as the primary bridge between ZutaCore and our OEM partners, you will work across customer engineering, product, business, procurement, and executive teams. You will combine technical credibility with relationship management, program leadership, business judgment, and go-to-market thinking to create and advance successful OEM partnerships. •This is not a purely technical role. A strong engineering foundation is essential, but success requires the ability to understand the OEM’s business priorities, build cross-functional alignment, drive complex programs, and turn technical opportunities into scalable business outcomes. •Develop and execute strategic engagement and account plans for major server OEMs, including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, Cisco, and other server manufacturers. •Build trusted relationships across customer engineering, system architecture, product management, business leadership, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders. •Identify the OEM platforms, programs, and market opportunities where ZutaCore can create differentiated value, and drive design-in and design-win activities for next-generation AI, HPC, and high-density computing systems. •Lead technical and business discovery to understand server architecture, GPU and CPU roadmaps, thermal and mechanical requirements, qualification needs, product priorities, commercial considerations, and adoption barriers. •Define joint engagement plans covering technical requirements, development milestones, validation and qualification, production readiness, ownership, decision points, and business objectives. •Orchestrate ZutaCore’s Engineering, Product, Systems, V&V, NPI, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to advance OEM programs and resolve barriers to adoption.
