Required Skills: •Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for the oncology program. •Collaborates with Policies and Procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the department. •Works on payroll and budget with the assistance of the finance department. •Monthly scheduling of all nursing/staff members assigned to units. •Day-to-day rounding patient rounds to identify needs. •Demonstrated capacity to troubleshoot any patient issues at the Cancer Center. •Participate in regulatory agency compliance activities/meetings/issues. •Participate in all quality improvement projects. Qualifications: •BSN from an accredited school. •RN with 5 years minimum recent oncology experience. •ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certificate (obtained within one year of hire). •Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in a clinical healthcare environment, including responsibility for coordinating staff, workflows, programs, or patient care services. •BLS from the American Heart Association required. •Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communicative, and multi-tasking skills.
