This is a salaried position: base salary range at 0.75 FTE is $68,500 - $72,500. At 1.0 FTE, base salary range is from $84,000 - $92,500 annually. •A Field Case Manager role is a field / home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip per appointment).
