Required Skills: •In This Position You Will •Direct, plan, and perform assessments to ensure compliance to U.S. and international nuclear quality regulations and standards such as 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR71 Subpart H, 10CFR21, CSA N286-12, CSA N299.1, ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1. •Develop depth/breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serve as best practice/quality resource. Contribute towards strategy execution and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. •Effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Influence others and build consensus on topics within expertise. •Support approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization. •Influence and support quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. •Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a nuclear QA Program. •Minimum of 3 years experience working in quality assurance, quality auditing or related capacity. •Ability and willingness to travel to other GVH, customer, and supplier facilities (including international locations) up to 50% of the time. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college. •Certified, or able to certify, as a Lead Auditor to ASME NQA-1 standard. •Demonstrated familiarity with nuclear industry standards and expectations (e.g. ASME, CSA, ISO, IAEA, INPO, NEI, EPRI) •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and effectively interact with various levels of management to resolve issues that cross organizational boundaries. •Effective oral and written communication skills. •Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
