Required Skills: •Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities •Actively facilitate and support success of advanced reactor demonstration projects by coordinating work across national laboratories and by leading teams to design the purpose-built experimental infrastructure needed by U.S. reactor developers and work directly alongside industry partners as they demonstrate innovations in nuclear reactor design and deployment. •Work closely with other organizations, facilities, operations and business professionals to lead programmatic activities and ensure cost effective execution and completion. •Minimize the time required to build and operate novel reactor concepts. •Coordinate experimental campaigns using existing DOE facilities, developing new facilities and/or capabilities to allow testing and demonstration, ensuring the availability and production of fuel for reactor demonstrations, and preparing sites for operational demonstration reactors. •Level 4: Bachelor’s degree and 9 years, or Master's degree and 6 years, or PhD and 4 years relevant experience in Nuclear, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree. •Level 5: Bachelor’s degree and 14 years, or Master's degree and 8 years, or PhD and 6 years relevant experience in Nuclear, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree. •5 years of experience in technical program management. Qualifications: •Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Technical Program Manager - Maritime to work on our •Demonstration Infrastructure & Support team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our •Facility with every other Friday off •The pay range for this position is Level 4 ($114,360 - $234,336) / Level 5 ($137,076 - $281,196).
