Drive market analysis, segmentation and positioning development. •Identify unmet customer needs and commercial opportunities. •Develops product user needs and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle. •Leads voice-of-customer (VOC) and voice-of-business (VOB) activities to guide the product user needs at each stage of product development partnering with all markets, and convert insights into clear product requirements. •Works with other functions to finalize product specifications. Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment on product definition and development. •Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.
