Required Skills: •Organize delivery teams within structure and process to ensure service delivery. •Define responsibilities and communication flow within service delivery organization. •Monitor issues and bottlenecks in the service delivery process, propose and execute improvements. •Collect and present metrics about service groups’ performance and efficiency •Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum master’s and other stakeholders to understand needs and provide necessary tweaks to service delivery organization. •Collaborate on roadmaps and coordinate resources around work entrusted to the group. •Monitor staffing and cost. Prepare hiring plans to secure service delivery capability. •Ensure service continuity with focus on continuous improvement.
