Qualifications: •Strong North American energy market knowledge, with demonstrated understanding of utilities, independent power producers, generation portfolio evolution, gas turbine services, capacity markets, data center demand growth, grid reliability, flexible generation, hydrogen-ready generation, policy, regulation, and competitor dynamics. •Demonstrated capacity to think strategically and execute tactically, translating strategic priorities into actionable regional implementation plans and measurable business outcomes. •Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across global and regional organizations without relying solely on formal authority. •Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, concise management briefings, board-level materials, and leadership narratives. •Demonstrated ability to structure and advance partnerships from initial concept through technical alignment, partner workshops, collaboration frameworks, governance, and handoff to commercial teams. •High degree of independence, initiative, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving strategic environments. •Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with tools such as Think-Cell, Efficient Elements, Tableau, or similar is a plus. •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
