Hiring: Normalizer Company: ChampionX Location: Tulsa, OK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:28:04 About the job Required Skills: •Performs heat treating operations by subjecting metal parts to treatment similar to annealing process to relieve internal strains, rearrange internal structure, and arranges material on table for manual feeding. •Ensures quality of product by observing condition and position of material during the process. •Starts and shuts down furnaces by setting controls, valves, lighting pilots and burners. •Sets heat control units and conveyor speeds at temperatures and rates instructed by supervisor or QA printout. •Maintains heat codes and have the ability to do the required paperwork. •Lead and oversee the proper lubrication of equipment. •Reports to supervisor any unusual conditions in operation, equipment, or material. •Lead and oversee production, quality, and safe operating practices. Qualifications: •Completion of High School or equivalent, related experience and ability to use multiplication, division, and application of simple formulas, drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and schedules; and/or the use of adjustable measuring devices.
