Required Skills: •Embed within programs to plan and execute change management activities aligned to the Prosci 3-Phase Methodology. •Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform tailored change strategies. •Develop and execute integrated change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement. •Partner closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, and Regional stakeholders to ensure change activities are aligned with program milestones. •Sponsor & Manager Enablement •Coach executive sponsors and people managers to effectively fulfill their change roles. •Equip leaders with practical tools, messages, and actions to support their teams before, during, and after go-live. •Reinforce accountability for adoption through ongoing engagement and follow-up. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. •Prosci certification strongly preferred; demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR required.
