This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney with at least one year of relevant legal experience and a strong interest in New York No-Fault and insurance defense litigation •The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling •, including litigation and/or arbitration. Attorneys with backgrounds in insurance defense, first-party claims, personal injury defense, or related litigation are encouraged to apply. •Manage a caseload of New York No-Fault matters from inception through resolution. •Represent insurance carriers in No-Fault litigation and arbitration proceedings. •Review and analyze claim files, medical records, billing documentation, and supporting evidence. •Research and apply New York No-Fault laws, regulations, and applicable case law. •Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands and responses, and other legal correspondence. Qualifications: •J.D. from an accredited law school. •Active New York State Bar admission required. •1+ year of legal experience. •No-Fault arbitration experience is a plus. •Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a caseload independently and prioritize competing deadlines. •Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. •Strong attention to detail and case-management skills.
