Required Skills: •This position operates on a Shift 1 schedule and reports to an Engineering Manager (MGL) within the Thin Films Metals Department. •Develop and execute both tactical and strategic plans to achieve performance goals related to safety, quality, equipment availability, DPML, training, and employee relations. •Lead the performance management, development, and employee relations activities for a team of engineers and technicians within the Thin Films Metals Department. •Partner with department leaders to operate as one team, ensuring consistency in performance, execution, and results across functional areas and shifts. •Support factory and segment initiatives through leadership participation in IMT, Production, and TMI teams. •Serve as a role model for the organization's culture, setting high standards for behavior, performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Drive operational excellence by fostering a culture focused on safety, teamwork, employee engagement, and high performance. •In addition to meeting the required qualifications, successful candidates will demonstrate: Qualifications: •You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering, and the required semiconductor process engineering experience as outlined below and 4+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing. •Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering, and the required semiconductor process engineering experience as outlined below and 2+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing. •Strong knowledge of semiconductor process flows, equipment troubleshooting, and Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS) methodologies. •Experience collaborating with vendor field service engineers and manufacturing/engineering technicians to support equipment performance and reliability. •Demonstrated technical expertise and the ability to provide engineering leadership on quality and process improvement initiatives. •Experience serving as a Tool Owner or Process Owner during technology development or technology transfer activities. •Technical experience supporting Thin Films processes and equipment. •Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive process improvements. •Previous team leadership, project leadership, or mentoring experience.
