Required Skills: •Ensures area performance through effective workforce planning, training, development, and retention. Manages shift operations, including workstation assignments, rotations, vacations, overtime, break coverage, and contingency staffing. Maintains required certification levels and workforce readiness to support production and wafer ramp targets. •Partners with engineering teams to resolve equipment and operational issues, improve tool performance, and sustain manufacturing health. Oversees both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and develops strategies to enhance operational capability and support future manufacturing requirements. •Lead and oversee setting clear goals, driving accountability, fostering employee development, and enabling successful team execution. Delivers results by promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while role-modeling company values and maintaining a productive work environment. •This position may be staffed on either of the following compressed workweek schedules: •Shift 7 (days backend): AM/PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus alternating Wednesdays. •Shift 6 (nights backend): PM/AM, Wednesday through Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
